Whoa. Xanga. It's been awhile since I've really cared about you, huh? I guess the fact that no one really would actually read it is another reason I don't use it. It was a good middle school release, even though I used livejournal for that more then (and still use, the same one, now), but it was an easy way to tell people how I felt. Now, I just have to use a one sentence status on facebook to let my IRL friends kind of know how I feel. I kind of don't see the point anymore in updating both my livejournal about my daily boring days and also updating my xanga. That was when everyone else used it and read it.

Anyways, I guess I should tell you what's changed. I'm 15 now. I don't really hang out with the crowd I used to hang out with, kind of because I feel as if I matured. I'm really, really suddenly into musical theater (literally, like two weeks ago I decided it). For awhile, I thought I should do other things. I am on colorguard. Right now, I'm in Cats, playing Jennyanydots, which is by far the coolest thing ever. I never thought I'd do a show at LMP - I always thought that their shows were lame, but this is actually really cool, and really good. I just finished the final La Maison year, because the studio is closing and a new studio called Stars is opening. I still take voice with Dr. Becky, and I have improved so much. I really really love singing. I feel like it's something I can finally be confident and good at.

I also think that it's really cool that Jason Robert Brown has a facebook. I added him, and he added me back. I want to say something, but it will probably sound really dumb and fangirlish. But, I really respect his music as well as him. He's pretty much amazing. If you've never listened to his work, I seriously recommend it, even if you're not the biggest fan of musical theater. The lyrics are great. I had always heard of him, but it wasn't until I was given "Stars and the Moon" from Songs for a New World to sing for voice that I really started listening to him.

Anyways, I am bored. And my mother is supposed to be bringing me home Camp from the library to watch.
